Our candles are made with an exquisite blend of Apricot + coconut + soy wax to get it a luxurious creamy look.  We use a specially braided flat wick which maintains a slight curl when burning. The results of this wick design are a cleaner burn, minimize or eliminate carbon buildup (mushrooming), reduce smoking, and provide a 'self-trimming' effect, which creates a very stable and consistent flame. LX wicks are lead and zinc free.

HOW TO LOVE YOUR CANDLE

1. Choosing the Right Location: Place your candles on a level, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, pets, and flammable materials. Ensure they are positioned away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.

2. Trimming the Wick: Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch to prevent excessive smoke and soot. This simple step ensures a clean and even burn, allowing you to enjoy your candle longer.

3. First Burn Matters: Allow your candle to burn until the entire surface becomes a pool of wax. This prevents tunneling and sets the stage for an even burn throughout the candle's life. For larger candles, this may take several hours.

4. Avoiding Tunneling: If tunneling occurs, gently warm the sides of the candle using a heat-resistant tool to encourage an even wax pool. This ensures you maximize the fragrance and lifespan of your candle.

5. Extinguishing with Care: Use a snuffer or gently blow on the flame to extinguish your candle. This prevents wax splattering and helps maintain a clean, soot-free container.

6. Keeping it Clean: Regularly clean the candle's container to remove any dust or debris. This not only enhances the visual appeal but also ensures a clean burn each time.

7. Reusing Candle Containers: Once your candle has burned to its end, repurpose the container. Clean out any remaining wax, and voila – you have a stylish container for various uses!

8. Storing Candles: Store candles in a cool, dark place to preserve their color and fragrance. Avoid stacking them, as this may cause deformation.
